Today K2 uses the trusted concept for Ice Skates, that you have this feeling also on Ice.
The NEW Marlee Beam is certain to cause excitement on rinks and ponds this season! A brand new Youth category skate, the Raider Beam brings the fun with blue LED lights in the toe and tongue for a one-of-a-kind ice skating experience! The battery-operated lights are activated by a button on the tongue and feature two flash patterns – solid and fast flashing. Lights aside, the Marlee Beam is also packed with the functional features that our ice skates are known for. It starts with the Original SoftBoot® coupled with the Junior Cuff, creating a comfortable yet supportive skating experience. The water repellant boots also have Thinsulate™ insulation so feet stay warm and cozy out on the ice. The Marlee Beam laces up with our Speed Lacing System, which allows for quick entry and exit as well as a fine-tuned fit. Certain to be a hit with the kids, get the Marlee Beam and light up the ice with smiles!
Boot

Our Original SoftBoot® technology has led the market, providing the highest-performaning level of comfort. We took this time-tested, skater approved technology off the road and introduce it into our ice collection. Enjoy the comfort.
Lacing
K2 Speed Lacing - Pull. Roll. Stow. Simple. The K2 Speed Lacing Closure System is a single-pull design, making one pull all you need to create a snug fit. Roll up and stow excess lace in the speed lace pouch located on the tongue.
Cuff
The K2 Junior Cuff gives support coupled with an integrated adjustable buckle.
Boot Material
Thinsulate™ Liners - Because cold isn't cool. No more cold toes. Thinsulate is considered “the warmest thin apparel insulation” available. In fact, when equal thicknesses are compared, it provides about 1½ times the warmth of down and about twice the warmth of other high-loft insulation materials. Double down with a sure thing, Thinsulate. --- Water-repellent - In the K2 IceSkates, water-repellent materials were used for warm and dry feet for a whole day on the ice.
Blade
Stainless Steel Blade improves wear and corrosion resistance for ease of maintenance.
Size adjustable
Each skate expands 5 individual sizes per skate - so the skate grows with the feet of your child
