Reflection Period / Right of Return for Online Orders

You have a reflection period of 14 days from the delivery date of the package or 10 days from the order date if you have chosen to pick up your merchandise directly at our Sports Discount store in Lausanne.

During this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

In the case of a refund request, it will be processed within 10-15 days upon receipt of the returned package. The return shipping costs are at your expense.

The right of reflection cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. For example, bindings that required specific drilling on skis for a shoe size.

Right of Reflection / Returns for In-Store Purchases

When you make a purchase in-store, you also have a reflection period of 14 days. During this period, you have the option to receive a store credit or exchange the product. We assume that you had the opportunity to try or view the product in-store before making the purchase.

If you wish to receive a refund for a gift, please inform us before making the payment, and we can consider an exception by adding a specific note to the receipt.

Please note that returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without having been used outside the store. Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Regarding defective products, they are covered by the warranty. In such cases, we offer either repair, replacement, or exchange of the defective product. If none of these solutions are possible, we can issue a store credit as a last resort.
