By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted the general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.

Prices

The prices displayed on the website www.sports-discount.net are in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), and US dollars (USD), including all taxes for SWITZERLAND and EU COUNTRIES.

We do not offer tax refunds as the difference is at our expense.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but we commit to applying the rates in force that were displayed on the site at the time of your order, except in the case of technical problems such as a null or illogical price.

Offer

The offer extends to all of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Any order validated by a customer implies the customer’s acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale displayed on the website.

The price indicated on the product sheet at the time of ordering corresponds to the final invoice price including VAT for orders in Switzerland and all other EU countries.

An invoice can be printed from the "My Account" section. It will be required for any future customer service inquiries.

You must indicate your Sports Discount order number when making the transfer.

Orders paid by bank transfer will become effective once the payment is visible in our account.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is free for all orders over 100 CHF for Switzerland and the European Union. For other countries, you benefit from a 50% discount on delivery charges. Additional transport fees may be added at the end of the order for deliveries outside of Europe.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 working days. Sports Discount is committed to informing the customer of any delay compared to the announced product availability date. The announced delivery time is based on the shipping date of the goods. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are to be added to the initial delivery time.

A tracking system for orders and deliveries is available on our website in the “My Account” section.

Reflection Period

You have a 14-day reflection period starting from the delivery date of the package, or 10 days from the date of order if you choose to pick up your merchandise directly from our Sports Discount store.

Within this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

In case of a refund request, it will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the package.

The right to withdraw cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. For example, bindings that required specific drilling of skis for a particular boot size.

Data Protection

For data processing, Sports Discount complies with the applicable standards, particularly the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act and the corresponding ordinance. Only the data necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, maintain customer relationships, and ensure high service quality in terms of infrastructure are collected, saved, and processed. The stored information includes: title, first name, last name, email address, street, postal code, city, password, and language.
